They got me in for an appointment within an hour of calling, despite being very busy that day. My cat had injured her paw and she was very scared to be taken to the vet. The vet took the time to hold her and console her before treating her. In all my years, I have never seen a vet actually hold my animal and talk to them. He was able to calm her down when we, her 'parents' could not! She went from scared and crying to purring during the visit- no lie. This vet understands and values animals. And, as a pet owner who considers my pets my "furbabies", I really appreciate someone who shows that level of care and compassion for the furry members of my family. The treatment that we received was top notch! I cannot say enough about them. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

When my kitty had to have a recheck, we were not charged additional fees for the office visit or his time. These people are not in this business for the money; it's clear they genuinely live to help animals. I'm so glad they are in my community! They have a lifelong customer here.
Very nice New building, though I waited a good 10 minutes and no worker or receptionist ever came out to greet me or see who came in the building, so I left. I'll try them again in case they had an emergency etc.
